History

Bachubhai Dudhwala is the nick name of Parekh Trambaklal.

Bachubhai born in Bhavnagar in year 1901.He studied to Sixth English Class and then started cottage business of selling milk.

In the year 1920 he thought of   manufacturing  “SHRIKHAND “ very delightful Gujarati Indian Mithai

This thought is of great important, because it was born out of necessity to save the unsold milk from getting curdle so to save even 4 Lt of unsold milk he never sat idle. Just as a housewife do not through away any unconsumed food and always utilize to the best to give great taste, Bachubhai with the help and friendly ideas produced high valued added milk product “SHRIKHAND” So the thing is that only due to that age today valued added products are marketed. This is not only with the “SHRIKHAND” Gradually idea of producing more products worked out. Then along with first generation in the year 1956 he thought of selling Pasteurized Milk. For this purpose a very tiny Single Plate Heat Exchanger Atlas, Denmark make was installed. A small COLD STORAGE ROOM was also constructed to increase the life of Milk and Milk Products.

Third generation entered the business and drastic changes were adopted to modernize the existing facilities and also to meet the needs of market. In the year 1986 2^nd generation installed medium sized continous Milk Pasteurized along with ultra modern FFS System.This generation continued to expand length & breath of the business adding various products, services and  new areas 

Present   

At present the then existing business is converted into Pvt. Ltd. Co under the name and Style BACHUBHAI DUDHWALA PVT.LTD.

The business is located at Plot No 1-2 Village MAMSA, on Talaja Road more popularly known as Alang Road, Dist Bhavnagar.

The Co occupies 4 acres of land, where A State of Art World Class manufacturing systems are installed to meet the HYGENIC requirements of human beings. The Co has already set up Microbiological & Chemical Laboratory to test all the products ready for packing, storage, distribution & sale.

Future

The future plans of the company are, to bring innovative system to increase the shelf life of Indian Mithai, to increase Foreign Market share, to cater the products to human beings in their requirements in the nearest natural from as gifted to us by Almighty God.
